The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and focused person to bring their skills, experience and great client relationships to our team. We’re particularly keen to hear from you if you work in the Pharma or Food Manufacturing space. Key responsibilities:
- Build specific industry knowledge, to include companies and functions, to fully manage a search process.
- Contribute information surrounding market trends and industry knowledge to build an individualised marketing strategy.
- Think creatively and innovatively to create a target list of companies and identify specific key individuals for specific searches and pipelining.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and other databases/internet searches to proactively source information and individual talent.
- Build a LinkedIn network, creating a personal brand and database of both potential clients and candidates.
- Engage in networking and proactive candidate identification and outreach communication.
- Work alongside Consultants to develop relationships with clients and to lead candidate marketing campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding results within deadlines with the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables.
- Host, facilitate and organise client and candidate meetings and interviews.
Experience and Personal Qualities Requirements:
- Experience level: 4-7 years as a successful Recruitment Consultant.
- Educational Level: Graduate level in any discipline preferred.
- Confident: demonstrates self-belief and poise that facilitates the achievement of results.
- Accountable: takes ownership of projects and works independently. Follows organisational guidelines, professional standards, regulations, and principles demonstrating reliability and integrity.
- Plans, Organises and Delivers: ability to accurately estimate duration of tasks and project execution times, setting out realistic goals and focussing on the delivery of the desired outcome.
- Empathy: understands and relates to the feelings of others, without necessarily agreeing.
- High Energy: consistently expends effort to achieve project completion beyond expectations.
- Sales Oriented: desire and need to persuade.
- Intelligent: gathers facts quickly, analyses situations and progresses in a logical fashion to achieve results.
- Resilient: perseveres when faced with loss or change.
- Self-Disciplined: willing to do what is necessary.
- Communication: expressing and transmitting information with consistency and clarity, verbal and written, using active listening techniques to effectively understand responsibilities. Comfortable building relationships primarily over the phone and email and approaching individuals with a “cold-call”.

- Tech Savvy: strong database mining experience, comfortable navigating databases and digital networks to support and find that “needle in a haystack”.
