Jenny Fox is our Managing Director and Executive Search Director. She leads our team, fostering values of high integrity, professionalism, continuously improving process and personal development.
Born and educated in South Africa, Jenny came to the UK in 1989 and spent eight years working for CRAC before moving to the North West and joining JSD Consulting in 1999. Jenny quickly established our Operations desk, subsequently broadening her focus to support clients across the value chain. She acquired JSD Consulting in April 2015.
Peter Eaves is a Senior Consultant at JSD Consulting and brings over 30 years of recruitment and executive search experience to the team. He has a professional approach and a strong sense of integrity, is intuitive and builds strong relationships.
Peter’s previous experience has seen him managing and developing UK and International clients with the FMCG, Retail, Leisure, technology, Finance and Professional service sectors. He has recruited and sourced executives throughout the UK, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia.
Peter focuses his time on enhancing our Food & Food Ingredient recruitment business, and growing and developing our Healthcare recruitment business.
Peter is married with two grown up sons. His interests include; golf, rugby, football, sailing, skiing, food, reading and travel.
Jan Dowd is our Office Administrator. She joined JSD Consulting in 2014, bringing with her a considerable raft of leadership and organisational capability gained in the voluntary sector.
Jan makes sure that our business conforms to the highest standards and is our link with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Jan has a degree in Business Studies from Buckingham University.
