Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic, fast-moving, and growing CDMO. This role requires someone who can bring together internal teams and liaise effectively with clients and external contractors. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills and ideally a strong technical/scientific aptitude with experience in drug product development.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, directing, and motivating cross functional teams to define and achieve project goals to an agreed timeframe in line with commercial expectations.
- Championing projects to achieve ambitious timelines for the company and clients alike.
- Establishing and maintaining detailed project plans and implementing risk management methodologies and where appropriate.
- Capturing scope changes to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed budgets.
